demo/playback viewer improvements:
Added demo/replay download progress bar;
Camera control now uses click-and-drag;
Free camera and follow camera are available when the demo is paused;
Fixed some minor issues when jumping to different positions in demo files.

Round backup files now require the game server launch parameter "-allow_round_backup_files";
Updated the AUG standing and crouching reload animations to better match the new reload duration;
Allowed radio commands now have a clear list;
Added toolsskybox_occluder tool material for CS2 Workshop Tools;
Stability improvements to the Vulkan renderer.
