What were your initial thoughts and emotions when you first learned you'd be playing for PARIVISION?

How did you gain experience in clutches and retakes? Only through practice and FACEIT, or did you use other methods?
I practiced a lot of retakes, watched many teams' match replays, and of course, played FACEIT.
How did you get into CS, and when did you realize it would become a bigger venture?
I was introduced to CS at the age of 6. My brother was playing it, so I decided to give it a try. When I was 14, I reached 3600 ELO with a 140ms ping. It was then that I realized, if I could switch to a low-latency environment, I might truly have a chance to make a name for myself.

Play deathmatches, watch match replays, and focus on team decisions and micro details.
What would you do if you don't play CS one day?
Go for a walk, play other games, take care of my own business.

How does it feel to return to Tier-1 after so long? Do you miss major tournaments?
Yes, I certainly miss it. I am thrilled to be back at T1 events, competing in major tournaments. This is exactly what you've been working so hard towards.
Zhenya, which Tier-1 rifleman would you least like to face in a 1v1 duel, and why?
I think the opponent I least want to face in a 1v1 is donk. You have to kill him with the very first bullet, because if you give him any chance, he will punish you. If it's not just riflers, then there's also ZywOo.
What's your favorite movie?
It's hard to pick just one, there are so many good movies. But for example—Interstellar, The Shawshank Redemption, Escape Plan, The Green Mile.

Do you feel afraid or nervous when facing strong opponents? If so, could you give some advice on how to handle pressure and perform at your best during key moments?
This feeling pretty much disappeared after I finished my first T1 offline tournament. I didn't do anything special to overcome it. In my view, even if there is nervousness, it will naturally fade away over time.

Which team do you think is the strongest right now? Who will win BLAST?
I think Spirit is the strong favorite. The other teams aren't as consistent. The EWC victory gave them a huge confidence boost. They've already beaten Vitality, so there shouldn't be any major obstacles left.
