Last Saturday, Nikola "NiKo" Kovač appeared on the TV Arena Esport podcast, discussing various topics related to his career. As a professional CS player with over 15 years of experience, NiKo stated that Ilya "m0NESY" Osipov is the most talented player he has ever collaborated with throughout his career.
“m0NESY is the most talented player I've ever worked with in my career. He's absolutely gifted. I think he's no longer a kid; he's matured a lot. I've been playing CS with him since he was 16. Since then, he's put in a lot of effort and changed a lot.”
"I think he has now reached his peak. His current form is the best I've ever seen — not just reflected in the stats, but also in his pre-match preparation, communication, and confidence. I have full faith in him. As long as he's in the game, even if we lose a round, we always have a chance to win the match. I believe that if he can maintain this form and we can secure more victories, he can certainly be considered the best player in the world."
NiKo has played alongside legendary Counter-Strike figures such as Olof "olofmeister" Kajbjer, Ladislav "GuardiaN" Kovács, and Marcelo "coldzera" David during his time with FaZe Clan, as well as Emil "Magisk" Reif with Falcons and Kenny "kennyS" Schrub with G2.
