FalleN Responds to Live "Oohs": Fans Were Cheering Fairly, There Was No So-Called "Callouts

After yesterday's match between FURIA and Aurora, Brazilian streamer Gaules interviewed FalleN. When talking about the live crowd on his stream, Gaules specifically mentioned that the Brazilian fans cheered with high energy throughout, yet never gave away opponents' positions to the players on stage with their reactions. Even moments like an opponent flanking, which would most easily draw an "oh" from the audience, were drowned out by their singing.

Gaules: I also mentioned this on stream just now. Many people always like to discuss whether the live audience will "call out positions" for the players, and today the Brazilian cheering squad was standing right by the stage. At the time on Ancient, FURIA was trailing 3-8, and in Molodoy's clutch an opponent flanked from behind, but they did not give away that player's position with their noise at all.

FalleN: Yes, they really don't.

Gaules: To be honest, it's very hard to get the crowd to show absolutely no reaction in that kind of situation. Usually when someone flanks, the arena erupts with "ohh—" and "ooh—" sounds. But today this crowd just kept singing and cheering in their own way, from start to finish, nothing else. I'm saying this as genuine praise for them, not criticism.

FalleN: That's right, they have been cheering fairly.

Gaules: I said at the time, they were singing throughout the entire match, constantly supporting the team, and what's even more commendable is that they showed restraint even in the most tense moments.
