Mouse & Sensitivity
- DPI: 400
- Sensitivity: typical pro range (low-sens player)
- eDPI: falls within the standard 600-1000 zone most Polish pros use
- Polling Rate: 1000 Hz

Crosshair Style
GruBy ran a classic small, static crosshair the kind you see across the Polish pro scene. Clean, minimal, and built for precise spray control on rifles like the ak-47 and m4a4.
Viewmodel
Standard competitive viewmodel nothing flashy. Most retired pros, GruBy included, stuck with default-style positioning to keep weapon models out of the way during peeks.

Playing Days
- Active competitive years in the CS:GO era
- Played across multiple Polish rosters
- Built a reputation as a tactical, IGL-leaning player
- Strong fundamentals over flashy plays
Transition to Staff
After retiring as an active player, GruBy moved into coaching and analyst work. This is a common path for veteran Polish players and it’s where GruBy genuinely shines. His game-sense and map knowledge translate directly into a staff role.
Key takeaway: GruBy’s value today is in preparation, anti-strats, and reviewing demos not in fragging.
Why GruBy Matters in the CS2 Era
Counter-Strike 2 reshuffled the meta. Smokes work differently, sub-tick changed peeking, and map pool shifts force teams to rebuild playbooks from scratch. Veterans like GruBy who understand the strategic foundation of CS are more valuable than ever.
What He Brings as an Analyst
- Demo review skill spotting patterns opponents don’t realize they’re showing
- Map control theory especially on the mirage collection maps and Inferno
- Polish-language communication critical for Polish-speaking lineups
- Veteran perspective knows what’s actually new in CS2 vs. just rebranded
