Player @Poggu has gained moderation privileges. He has reviewed around 900 clips and shared his thoughts on this new moderation system.
First, the player said that scrolling through demo short videos is really satisfying, very convenient, and highly addictive.
VAC-banned accounts can also obtain permission — account status does not affect permission acquisition
- The player's account with a VAC ban (given by someone else) also received an invitation, and the player can make verdicts and invite others. Account status is irrelevant.
The player screen is very small, resulting in a poor viewing experience
- This player is absolutely terrible, the picture is too small, and there is a lot of wasted blank space. The full clip is about 5 minutes, but each "task" is just a 12-second segment of that large clip. The control bar shows the full 5-minute duration, but you can only watch those 12 seconds, and clicking outside the segment jumps back to the beginning. Cannot fast-forward/rewind.
- This player had to write a userscript that fixed the player, adding YouTube-style arrow seeking, comma and period frame-by-frame stepping, hold to speed up to 2x, fullscreen playback, and displaying the verdict table on the right side. This greatly improved the author's efficiency.
- This clip system is very efficient, no need to open the full demo, which greatly speeds up the review process. If this system could be used to convict, it would be 100 times better than the old Overwatch.
Currently, the material library has limited content, and you may encounter duplicate content.
- You will see the same clips, and it will drive you crazy. After reviewing 900 clips, I can recognize almost every single one, and can "rarely" find a new clip.
- Even if you don't see the same clip, you are very likely to see the same clip, just a different part of it. For example, you might suddenly see what happened before the clip you just saw.
Violent locks / big spinning tops are rarely seen
- Blatant cheaters are actually quite rare; you'll mostly see matches in the 5000 bracket.
